What would be a fair price, then? Considering that it’s furnished.

February 11, 2009 at 11:00 AM #344451AnonymousGuestI visited it a couple of weeks ago. Current phase are all sold out including their model homes. They said that they will be releasing new prices for the next phase in their website in the next 30 days. Hoping it will be below 600K this time with no mello roos then I’ll buy.

also tried to hit the john laing community in Del Sur (sorry, can’t remember name) and the office was myteriously closed with a ‘we’ll be back’ type sign. One lady we ran into wandering around said it’s been that ways now for a while.
that would be ‘sentinels’ and that project has
been on-again, off-again since before we moved
to del sur. i think the fact that the golf course
project was canceled really hurt those homes, plus
they are over-priced by about 150-200K-mdk
Link to the news that the golf course was cancelled?
Thats big news, as it was supposed to occupy a lot of the land in between 4s/del sur/ santaluz and it was supposed to be a public course with hotel if I recall.
