I hope and think all new builds drop below 200 sq ft in 4s. We arent far off and once this spike is over that we are in (Tail end of this year into spring), I think they will be forced to drop them. Here’s hoping..

I hope and think all new builds drop below 200 sq ft in 4s. We arent far off and once this spike is over that we are in (Tail end of this year into spring), I think they will be forced to drop them. Here’s hoping..
