ParticipantWhen you back out of the house you thought you couldn’t live without because nobody has ever bought in that neighborhood using a VA loan and the VA wants to take 60-90 days to clear the HOA and YOUR agent tries to play hardball by telling you that you may want to find other financing because there are 2-3 other offers on the house and you back out anyway…and the house is still not in escrow with another buyer 30 days later….
