Once again folks I have been sitting on the sidelines for some time keeping my hands free of typing responses and just watching fellow Piggs dissect the current actions of our new government and predict where we are headed next.

I have to be honest I am becoming a product of the media lately and trying to stay as positive as possible because the negativity was affecting me for sometime and I had to get away from it (of course I know it’s all lies, but I find it enjoyable to think positive).

Now that I am back on the wagon again I notice something a little different. I am beginning to see a lot of Piggs are agreeing much more than they used to in regards to politics and the state of our economy. Just 6 months ago there were many arguments on this board, but now it seems like everyone is starting to wise up and see the truth behind our government (Repubs and Dems are all the same). The question is how long can these lies last before something dramatic happens.

For months I was predicting a financial storm in May and nothing happened. Now it looks like these bail out plans and quick emotional fixes (media) are doing wonders for the citizens of this country. I can’t imagine it can last much longer! I often think, like many of you, that we are on the brink of something catastrophic from a financial perspective.

The markets have to be controlled at this point. There is absolutely no excuse that we are on the brink of breaking 9,000 on the DOW again. The only question is how long can it go on for? We have reached a turning point for so many issues including interest rates moving up, residential RE inventory increasing dramatically, commercial RE markets about unleash hell and our dollar slowly losing value…….

I am not a brain surgeon, but I have to admit something has got to give!! The question is when and how it will. A question to my fellow Piggs:

When do you feel these lies and control of our media and government will eventually fail?
