Just my opinion but there are too many buyers doing things the conventional route for this to have a good probablity of success with that legal comment.

April 20, 2010 at 9:55 AM #541036ybitzParticipantYou could just leave out the legal comment, and go with the traditional 17 day contingency for inspection, appraisal, and loan. The way I understand it, you can back out during those 17 days for any reason you want, right?
