I am hardly an expert, just a regular guy watching the RE market from inside the game at the street level. If anything I have the benefit of being a conservative guy (former CPA) who possesses good analytical skills and lots of education in finance and economics. I dont know what will happen but both SD R and myself called it a couple months back when we said to expect attempts at heroic measures from the gubment.
