Did anyone notice that the sorrento prestige houses are starting in the $900s.
Wo prices are recovering faster than I expected.
It’s been like that for some time….
Some MM homes are selling for over $300/sqft at this point. Carmel Valley on the other hand is closer to $400/sqft and up….
With the rumored upcoming reduction in Q, it will have a big impact on both resale and rental markets.
I have noticed some slowdown in the market. Right now I attribute it to the season. Let’s wait and see how it develops over the months.

They are always having a reduction @ Q.. It’s always the people that have been there and not doing much(IE dead weight)……It’s just how it goes there…. And Q isn’t the only company hiring there… Plenty of biotech too….
Most of the lower end homes me thinks were bought close to cash offers… (At least the ones I was contesting for).
Who is going to rent? Q brought lots of fresh out of college out-of-towners to San Diego and they will rent for the first couple of years. Would the in-flow of kids slow down to a tricke?
