I’ll file this post under “Unintentionally Ironic,” as it is proof that you find it challenging to follow your own advice despite the low degree of difficulty involved. Those of you with young kids are probably familiar with this sort of behavior.

I just looked in the same neighborhood and I think you could buy the same house with improvements for under $400K. Given current interest rates, I think it is more affordable today than it was 30 years ago.
