$150/sf!!! This is a huge home at 40% off 2005 purchase price. The listing price alone has been reduced by 22% in the last 2 months. UNBELIEVABLE.
Any Pigg updates on this subdivision?

They want out – so they’re dropping the price. The remarks suggest it’s a short sale – so it’s not their money they’re losing when they lower the price.Friends of mine did a short sale in Escondido… They’d bought at the peak then the husband lost his job earlier this year. They kept lowering the price till they got interest. Not sure if it sold or went to trustee sale. (Nothing was recorded which makes me think it went back to the bank.) They’re now back to renting.

December 11, 2009 at 2:08 PM #493091recordsclerkParticipant7635 Seattle is scheduled for Trustees sale on 1/5/10. Maybe this is why they are in a hurry to get an offer in. I’m not sure the Bank will go for this price. There are also 7 more Serramar homes in either pre-forclosure or forclosure with dates set for Trustees. So far most of the homes that have gone to forclosure or sold short have been non-view homes. I can’t wait for the view homes to start selling. Most of these homes have very limited upgrades because the builder charged for everything.
