Wow, that’s really low. I’d expect much more than that for a 4000+ sq-ft house. Participantnow if localguy is willing to paint his roof completely white, he may be able to drop that summer cooling cost by another $100!
the downside is he’ll get hanged by the neighbors if he did that.
