    Ooops….I made a mistake. The Mendoza’s are not there at the Deprise house as far as I know/see. There goes my creditability. I was thinking about another Warmington house on Edgewood. I apologize for the mistake.

    So what happened with the so-called distressed properties in Stonebridge? Many piggs expect big distress on these properties, but really haven’t seen much except for the one on Old Creek and the other one on Edgewood (now is a REO). Anyone expect them to increase soon? I have seen some short sales coming out in La Costa.

    the Mendoza’s are not there, but looks like the Gonzalez’s are. wonder if they are related in any way…

    btw, what a street, couple of additional pending foreclosures, both postponed due to bankruptcy.
