    Your price already reflects that it will take $7000 to repair.

    For something like that I would be try to get a credit or price reduction from the short sale lender. Now that you know this, make sure you send a detailed report in writing to the seller. Let them know that it is now a known issue and will have to be disclosed to any future buyer now so it has to be dealt with one way or another. You just might get something out of them.

    We sent it over; is there any possibility they won’t disclose it to any possible future buyer? I’d mail it over to the next buyer if we cannot work it out just to make sure and tell them to sue if not disclosed. Wouldn’t anyone insists on repair or a good discount?

    I am on septic and the last time the tank was emptied the ‘septic peep’ told me to stop using the Charmin.

    It was just just to thick and good quality for septic systems.

    He said to either use a more septic friendly toilet paper or plan on getting the system pumped every couple of years rather then every 8 to 10 years.
