ParticipantFor something like that I would be try to get a credit or price reduction from the short sale lender. Now that you know this, make sure you send a detailed report in writing to the seller. Let them know that it is now a known issue and will have to be disclosed to any future buyer now so it has to be dealt with one way or another. You just might get something out of them.

ParticipantI am on septic and the last time the tank was emptied the ‘septic peep’ told me to stop using the Charmin.
It was just just to thick and good quality for septic systems.
He said to either use a more septic friendly toilet paper or plan on getting the system pumped every couple of years rather then every 8 to 10 years.
