She is willing to walk but now it’s me trying to move forward. Maybe we can do some greywater thing and water the propert with our sinks and shower? ANdI really don’t have any quarrel with taking a crap in a bucket while we save up some money for a leach field. However she does not want to crap in a bucket even a fancy one with a nice toilet seat on it and plenty of sawdust to cover our poo. I think I almost prefer the property this way, with a decent credit.
How is this not a laughing matter. We were howling with laughter about it.

If you are going to take it “as is” I would still verify that a remedy is possible in the future…like when a neighbor reports you, or you want to sell, or septic inspections by the authorities become mandatory. http://www.eastcountymagazine.org/?q=node/1127
