Dear TemeculaGirl,
And here comes the reconquesta talk from TemeculaGirl’s fingers. Mexico never owned anything, the Spanish did, even Maximilian did for a bit. Max was from the same country as Hitler, did you know that? Of course not, delusional self righteous people living a false ideology does not like facts.
Continuing … for a short period after the Spanish, French, and Austrians give up on Mexico their military left, leaving a several year void. During this time a so-called “mexcian” government formed. Then the US both PAID for and Won a war for the Western states. This is the only time in history a country (mexico) was beaten and then paid for land they lost. Prior to European presence in the lands, Aztecs were not welcomed by the American Indians who saw them as demons coming up from the Baja desert and often killed them. Facts suck hhhaa? They had a point too, wouldn’t be that long before the Aztecs started looking for human sacrifice subjects all over the region.
Nice try are justifying your bad choices too. Your stats are from 2000-2006, ALOT has changed since 2006. After the lending standards dropped, and the push to invade Temecula was on, a flat out invasion occurred. This is not opinion, just drive around the ‘hood at noon and midnight and you will see 2-3 good street, then a scary few homes you would never want to live next too. I was looking at a home off Rancho, nice home (cheaply built however) and next door were several mexicans (nationals?) living in a home the actually owned. The yard had several tons of metal, tires, piles of junk and huge hole dug where they used the soil for their contractor landscaping business. Few weeks later saw another home the same way!
One good bit of news, the coming depression is forcing invaders back to their home land. Perhaps you should move to mexico.
As for your additional mindless rant, do your research, the feds help put in a camera system all over Temecula. It is difficult not to call names now, but I’m trying to reframe.
Anyone living in the city knows it is getting unsafe. I have the articles over the last few years where illegal invaders had attempted rapes of Temecula female joggers. I have to say though, the Police has done a great job keep the city fairly safe considering the elements that have moved in over the last few years. Crime stats are hard to get after 2006, I go by interviews with locals and news reports. Long time residents do not feel as safe as they did.

Jesus Christ, thanks for taking this one TG, this one’s trolling ability is scary…Goverment camera’s spying on residents, “mexican nationals” raping joggers and prowling the streets and random houses with cars on the lawn and random holes.
I’d just like to take a quick poll here – NorLASDGuy, Hipmatt, TG, anyone else that actually lives in Temecula – does any of that sound accurate?
The entire argument is moot anyway – he (she?) said they now live in Corona. LMAO. Anyone claiming Corona is an improvement over Temecula instantly loses all credibility.
As far as the soil fungus and the wines? What an idiot.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Temecula_Valley_AVAThe soil born fungus that affects wineries is called Pierce’s Disease and greatly impacted Rancho Cucamonga’s wineries (damn, that’s close to Coroooona!)

More information on the disease:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xylella_fastidiosaCalFord – you seriously need to get over your fear of “mexican invaders”. You should try dating/marrying one. If you don’t, your kids probably will anyway so get used to it! 😉
