IMHO, both were priced rather well, and we were not surprised to see the one without the pool sell quickly. The one with the pool is really “unique” looking, and I’m not sure there’s a large market for that style; still, it sold fairly quickly, too.

Thanks for the info on the Quebrada house. The original HELOC plus first adds up to just under $780K, so that’s probably where the gossip came from (and I think they drew all the “equity” out, BTW).

As you probably know, houses seem to sell pretty well on Levante, so it makes sense if many of them are from out of town. For the right price, we’d certainly be willing to buy. Again, stressing the “for the right price” part.

As you probably know, houses seem to sell pretty well on Levante, so it makes sense if many of them are from out of town. For the right price, we’d certainly be willing to buy. Again, stressing the “for the right price” part.
