It was the one without the pool. I would’ve priced it higher but I guess they just wanted to blow it out. I guess its just me but I cant imagine buying a house on Levante expecially across from the school. The prior owner was legally deaf so she never cared.
FYI, the numbers I gave you were for Willowspring not Quebrada. Those foks bought for about 530K and refie’d out close to 300K. Ouch!

As you probably know, houses seem to sell pretty well on Levante, so it makes sense if many of them are from out of town. For the right price, we’d certainly be willing to buy. Again, stressing the “for the right price” part.
RE: Quebrada…thanks for that info. Okay, if it’s the same people buying from themselves, that’s a nice chunk of cash they gave to themselves, courtesy of the banks/taxpayers.
