Here is another one that is considered fraudulent:
http://www.sdlookup.com/MLS-090030956
Our agent called and the listing agent said they already have an offer and said the buyer and seller are relatives. And they won’t not take any new offer.

Dont know the Quebrada house, been taking it easy lately to get the kids settled back at school.
Remeber the house i told you was coming around the corner being sold by an original owner free and clear in original condition. I was busy and it got away from me but went on the market and sold quickly. It’s the one on Levante across from the school a block away from you. It was priced fairly well but I’m surprised it sold so quickly. Houses on Levante always struggle to sell because of all the traffic. It always seems that buyers of homes on Levante are represented by out of area agents as the local agents tend to stear their clients away from them, i know that I would. That would be my guess.[/quote]
Was it the one with the pool, or the fairly well-maintained one without the pool?
IMHO, both were priced rather well, and we were not surprised to see the one without the pool sell quickly. The one with the pool is really “unique” looking, and I’m not sure there’s a large market for that style; still, it sold fairly quickly, too.
Thanks for the info on the Quebrada house. The original HELOC plus first adds up to just under $780K, so that’s probably where the gossip came from (and I think they drew all the “equity” out, BTW).
Hope the kids are enjoying school! π
