Dont know the Quebrada house, been taking it easy lately to get the kids settled back at school.
Remeber the house i told you was coming around the corner being sold by an original owner free and clear in original condition. I was busy and it got away from me but went on the market and sold quickly. It’s the one on Levante across from the school a block away from you. It was priced fairly well but I’m surprised it sold so quickly. Houses on Levante always struggle to sell because of all the traffic. It always seems that buyers of homes on Levante are represented by out of area agents as the local agents tend to stear their clients away from them, i know that I would. That would be my guess.
