    Hey SDR,

    Sorry, I’ve been out of the loop. I remember you posted awhile ago about a home in Palacio that was being sold relatively discounted in Palacio.

    I forgot to bookmark the thread…Just wondering if it closed, and if so, what the final price was.

    Yep listed at 699k. Sold for 756k. Was on the market 5 days and had about 30 day escrow. Buyers financed 546k.
