I have used that site to track prices of recent sales..It is a great way to see what the difference is between asking price and sold price. Also, areas cant hide their declining value when the info is so readily accessible. Nothing better than information and data when negotiating prices. The past week, I noticed that many of the sold listings are not providing the home information or the “sold” price.
