At this point, all we know is that everything is working against the buyers, so buying right now just might save you a few more years of renting. Who knows? It’s all upside-down, so maybe we’ll have housing inflation after all. Unaffordable housing certainly seems to be their goal, no matter what else gets destroyed in the process. You’re probably making a good move.
