More than a year later….
I wonder if SD R and others can chime in about the housing market in SR? What was the trend and where is it going?Personally I am interested more in the low end (500K range and below), including townhouses. Do you think those are close to the local “bottom”?

Demand for entry level detached homes seems very strong up to 600K (both my lisitngs were under 600K). One sold for just over 500K several months back and probably could sell for 525K. The other is in the mid to upper 500’s and getting offers at list has never been a problem. Current buying has been hanging in for several months as its a nice house and fair value in tough price range. Barring any major system shocks, it seem slike a pretty stable market with plenty of demand at current prices for dettached entry level homes.

Inventory there has DOUBLED since January.
