Participantlooks like Davidson is completely sold out and LG got one of the last homes out there.
checking a few of the lots out there, here’s the breakdown:
–deficient lots with steep slope in back or pie shaped: $158/sqft
–average good sized flat and square lots but no views: $170/sqft
–view lots with good sized flat yards: $190/sqft and above
as for the $900k asking back in early 2008, what kind of a lot was it?
