Hey local guy, how come you sound just like my friend’s situation? Do I know you??? My nick there would be the clue.
My friend just sold a home too, just moved in script preserve too, have ocean view too, and it’s their dream home too…..I don’t think I have diplopia.

For price comparison purpose to see how much or little the price has dropped for that area. I went there spring 2008 and the builder was asking in mid $900K with about $40K for upgrades. I don’t have the exact price but vaguely recalling the numbers. If you can share, what was the price and upgrades did the builder give you? No need to be exact just within the ballpark for comparison. Thanks.
