Scripps Ranch/Stonebridge Estates new home purchase

Congrats on the purchase.

We also looked at Stonebridge but were discouraged by the HOA, high MR and too close to the last fire that burned down part of old Scripps. Nice houses on the Preserve but way too big.

For price comparison purpose to see how much or little the price has dropped for that area. I went there spring 2008 and the builder was asking in mid $900K with about $40K for upgrades. I don’t have the exact price but vaguely recalling the numbers. If you can share, what was the price and upgrades did the builder give you? No need to be exact just within the ballpark for comparison. Thanks.
