No not Starwood. If feel that new development has the least stability in SR, since most people bought when stinky mortgages were predominant and we might see a lot more foreclosed on. But that is the right idea of price and size. I really do appreciate all of your insight; by the very least it makes me feel like it is progressing better than average. I just have to realize if I should go up a few % or see if an appraisal change would happen before pigs fly. But I swear I saw a pig! I do really like the house and see it as a great place for the next 10 yrs and my current home I will probably outgrow in that time.
Bugs/SDAppraiser do you see any chances of an appraisal change?
