ParticipantThis is one of those where knowing the neighborhood pays off. I saw the sign on this home go up the other day. The problem is that this part of Magnifica is not the part you want to live on. Yes it is great you are literally across the street from jerabek but the street is super busy during school hours. Also on the weekends when little league is in full swing there is plenty of traffic because of the park. I take my kids there all the time. We live off of semillon on the other end of magnifica.
Anyways that is just an fyi for you. To me scripps is unfortunately overpriced in a big way.
