    it’s bank owned. appraisal contingency. 7 day inspection period commencing today.

    hey, i’m not really scared now! I want to buy it! I want a big giant lap pool! i want a pool table. i want to live there. I got some pictures I want to hang up. my wife said it’s ok to put the pool table in the other room! where does the dart board go?

    Will you two stop looking at houses on the internet once you close escrow? I ask because #5 is what I personally would fear the most – if your wife is lke my wife, buyers remorse will kick in and you will never hear the end of it and lord have mercy should a better looking house come on the market at a similiar price. Starting off lukewarm would not bode well in my household!
    Btw, have you priced in modifications necessary for zombie defense?
