Participanti think i prefer to rent for now. I just cannot convince myself that the price is the “same as rent” when I have to put down $80,000 to get that same as rent price. I mean, ANY house ANY time can be as cheap as rent if you put enough money down. I think i should be getting a better than rent deal.
