I suggest you NOT buy the house. You have NO compelling reason to move., So don’t.
Take off six months. Don’t look at a house in person or on the internet.
In six months revisit the concept. It’s not like there’s gonna be a shortage of available homes then. Nor will prices be higher.
There is a perfect house for you. Wait for it. If you resign yourself to compromise, you’ll never get what you want.
