here are the positives.
i want to buya pool table, but wont buy it unless i own a place.
i want a trampoline i don’t ever have to move.
i want to grow persimmon trees. lots of them.
the place has tons of irrigation put in.
the palce has a bitching view. really really really bitching.
it has a small courtyard that i really like.
it has a roof that looks in good repair.
i really like it, the more i think about it.

By no means do I suggest that you use the same “miracle Asian fertilizer” under normal conditions, but if the economy really does collapse, you can use the same age-old technique to help achieve self-sufficiency in food.
