Doesnt matter, I was referring to all the parties involved in a single loan on a short sale. The money comes from only one any way. If the 2nd is sold out they get what they get and the repairs credit wouldnt impact. If the 2nd is the short pay lender the 1st wouldnt care.

Hopefully, your contingency period has not expired and you have a contingency to approve your physical inspection. Get a professional out there to look at it and tell you how much it will cost to get it up to snuff. If you have to dig it out and get a new tank, it could cost a LOT.
