I don’t know for sure either way, scaredy, in that case it felt sort of manipulative and sort of justified. It wasn’t actually the agents fault, but they didn’t want to rock the boat to get it fixed either. So, they traded a little commission for a sure close.

Well, scaredy, you MUST have it in your feline-inspired head how you’re going to remediate the leachfield/septic problem and feel that the seller/bank have agreed to credit you with/pay all that they can help you do this.
Which begs the question . . . I may have asked it before but, how are the sellers and/or current occupants dealing with this issue?? Pardon the pun, but are they going to leave you a cesspool/pile of humanure to deal with???
