Participantif we close, i’ll set up a little blog. it is firmly entrenched in riverside county, which is, after all is said and done, a good, perhaps great, county. As a property owner, I will no longer be able to tolerate any disrespect toward riverside county. so, please, hold your tongues.
there is little or no odor when composting human manure when suitable cover material is used over the heap.
there is a totally awesome extravagant gazeboish structure already there which is nicer than any other gazebo on the planet.
I am resigned to this transaction occurring; I have come to beleive that it is fate. Now it is my wife who is kind of nervous. Funny the way couples switch off roles that way.
looking at my poor tired realtor, his dealing with me, It is much like lawyering, gradually working with difficult clients, getting them to see the reality of the situation. I understand now that for a really nice place, i will probably have to pay close to market price. Our offer was $15,000 under the appraisal.
is anyone looking for a really cool place to get married at?

ParticipantWe didn’t buy it for the upgrades (far from it). We bought it because the size of the house and lot, not to mention no HOA/Mello-Roos, is almost impossible to find in the areas we’ve been looking in.
