    I took 4 homes 4 months ago that I would buy. I averaged all these together today and have saved $9,748 a month by waiting while adding 3k a month to my ING money market. This is great. $38,992 for 4 months of waiting is AWESOME!

    Not to mention the 12k saved plus not paying interest rates on that 38k 🙂
