ParticipantI consider myself pretty bearish but it is hard to see this neighborhood cracking below $625K just based on the 3% inflation math sdr did, let alone all of the other qualitative factors.

ParticipantI call the house on Grado El Tupelo horribly overpriced in the current market. It’s a 3BR/2BA 2200 sq ft 1 story. That price seems awful high for 1998 and perhaps they threrw a ton of upgrades in it that they wont get back $ for $.
The house in OP is 5BR/3BA with 3000+ sq ft on a cul de sac with a pool and 3 car garage. This house has it all over the one above.
