A couple of 1700 sq-ft 4br’s within walking distance from my current house closed in 460-500 range this summer. Two doors down, a nice house with a pool closed for 535. This is west of BM and north of 56.
400-450 for 1400 3/2’s by winter is quite possible here. (Not that there ARE many 1400 3/2’s in this area, most houses are 1600 and up)August 18, 2008 at 2:22 AM #258400EugeneParticipantA couple of 1700 sq-ft 4br’s within walking distance from my current house closed in 460-500 range this summer. SFT is not La Jolla. It’s not even Carmel Valley.
Temeculaguy’s pain train hasn’t even pulled into So. Carlsbad yet. When it does, there will be some catching up to do.
It’s all connected.
