ParticipantA couple of 1700 sq-ft 4br’s within walking distance from my current house closed in 460-500 range this summer. Two doors down, a nice house with a pool closed for 535. This is west of BM and north of 56.

Temeculaguy’s pain train hasn’t even pulled into So. Carlsbad yet. When it does, there will be some catching up to do.
