Seems like an aggressive price but the house is in ‘vintage’ condition. I do like the street better then Camino Corte however and there is a recent sale on that street for over a million … but it did have the upgrades. I think we may finally be seeing some meaningful price drops in the good areas. Now the question is just how low prices will go.

Weaker agents say we’ll just try your price to see what happens and are slow to convince their clients the price is too high.
