ParticipantI have been tracking that ‘hood as well and so the price drop this morning surprised me a bit.
Seems like an aggressive price but the house is in ‘vintage’ condition. I do like the street better then Camino Corte however and there is a recent sale on that street for over a million … but it did have the upgrades. I think we may finally be seeing some meaningful price drops in the good areas. Now the question is just how low prices will go.

ParticipantIt all depends on the agent. Good agents get the properties priced right and drop them within 30 days if they are too high. Weaker agents say we’ll just try your price to see what happens and are slow to convince their clients the price is too high.
