We traveled between bay and ocean four times down the length of Pt Loma. The ocean side is well, trashy. The ridge of Pt.
Loma had the interesting areas for me. Still the median income
of this area felt like no more than 115K per house hold….weak.Income levels like that in Newport and you would live Costa Mesa.
