December 30, 2007 at 8:25 PM #126839AnonymousGuestI am from Newport Beach, my family and I spent a nice weekend in San Diego.
We spent the morning exploring the very nice Sunset Cliffs Point Loma neighborhoods. Please explain what is happening in this premium area? I just do not get the feel of wealth
in these neighborhoods old cars, new not nice cars, bad landscaping. It seems we have
lots of middle class people with million dollar views.December 30, 2007 at 8:25 PM #126578AnonymousGuestI am from Newport Beach, my family and I spent a nice weekend in San Diego.

Newport Joe – Sunset Cliffs/Point Loma is filled with many long time homeowners. Simply by owning the homes for a long time has enabled them to achieve extreme appreciation. Were you on the Sunset Cliffs (ocean side) or were on the bay side?
