svelteParticipantIt’s going to get slaughtered during this downturn, just like other new developments did during the last downturn.
I get claustrophobic whenever I drive through SEH – can’t put my finger on why, but I definitely don’t like the feeling. It’s the same feeling I get driving through 4S Ranch, which is gonna take a few lumps too. Maybe it’s the width of the streets.
It appears to me that SEH is now getting some serious commute traffic through it. I get on 78 at Twin Oaks Valley when I go to work, and there is wave after wave of heavy traffic coming over the hill from SEH direction. I bet it is the new shortcut to 78, taking a lot of the load off Rancho Santa Fe Rd. That’s gonna interfere with the “town centre” feel.

ParticipantZILLOW is not intended to be an accurate current appraisal/value of ANY property.
It means absolutely nothing to anybody, except an owner in denial about the market, thinking that it must be right.
In most cases it’s stupid high.
The value range IS usually accurate.December 22, 2007 at 10:20 PM #123159HLS
