This weekend I was driving west on the 56 and took the carmel country offramp. At the end I noticed a neon yellow cardboard paper taped to the stop lights that read “We will buy your home at market prices, call 760-xxx-xxxx”. It was a written with a sharpie marker and looked like a 2 year old wrote it.
What is with these signs and what scam are they trying to pull?
I’ve seen a lot of those signs and some of them appear so similar that I think they might be printed. Maybe that’s their way of conveying the impression that they’re beginners and therefore easy to take advantage of.
