OK, I need some help with common everyday tools you guys use to track the market, and catch hidden price reductions disguised as homes being relisted.

Of course I read this site, and Ben’s blog.

One thing I am not sure about is the usefulness of ziprealty. Apparently if you create an account you can save a home somewhere which helps catch relisting?

Also in terms of actual comps do you guys get those from San Diego county?

Any other tools to recommend would be great.

Is there some San Diego County site that lists all recent sales of homes in a certain area? Just looking for exact pricing.
