theasia1…I live in Park Village, the school is fantastic. I no longer have kids in PV, but I have had the multitude of educational experience. I have one exceptionally bright GATE kid, one exceptionally artistic kid and one who has had difficulties which include an IEP, speech therapy and occupational therapy. My kids run the gammut of all…Park village is a great school. We got great help for all – gifted program is good, there is art, and speech and OT are great. That area is by the freeway, you will hear the noise. You would be better off for now renting in PV…there are many rentals available, probably for around the same price. We are still renting and hoping to buy within a year or two. Good luck and any more questions I would be glad to answer.

March 24, 2008 at 1:25 PM #175513NotCrankyParticipantJames,
I am not going to pretend to know what that property should go for. It does seem very worthwhile to wait and find out.
That might be a starter home for some or a nice place for “empty nesters” or anyone else that wants it. Many first time buyers buy much less home than that and many others buy much more. Rough guess…that is a middle of the road “starter”.
