Road from Crosby Estate to 4S Ranch

Does anybody know if there is plans to build roads to connect Crosby Estates & 4S Ranch ?

I just used Google maps to get directions from Crosby Estate to 4S Ranch. And the results showed that you have to take the 15 to get to 4S Ranch.

I think its from Del Sur to 4 S Ranch. The bridge is buit.Howver,I am not sure they are allowing traffic there yet. My reasoning is 4 S ranch has a lot of houses for sale and this will interfere with sales at DEL Sur which is wilting.

I don’t believe you’ll ever be able to go from Crosby to 4S Ranch. Like farbet said, you will eventually be able to connect Del Sur and 4S when Camino del Sur is connected to Camino del Norte.

Looking at the map, Bing Crosby Blvd can be easily “connected” to Artesian Rd.

Is this intentional to preserve the values of the homes in Crosby Estates ?

You can bet that it is.

I believe they actually are going to connect, but they’ll be behind a gated community (Avaron at Del Sur), so it won’t help Joe Blow 4S/Del Sur.

The reason that I’m asking is I may buy in Crosby (maybe in 2 years). I work in Rancho Bernardo. What is the best way to get to RB (besides using Del Dios to get to Fwy 15) ?

Ahh, makes sense. I’d check with the Crosby folks to make sure, but I believe it’s supposed to be cooperative agreement between The Crosby and Avaron to allow those homeowners to get through, but keep the riff-raff (like me!) out.

I know for a fact that a road goes through from 4S to the Crosby because I have seen it. It was only open to construction workers for The Crosby, but I know for a fact that it is there. I will bet that it will simply be another gated entrance once the construction is done. By the way, I know people that live there, you must be filthy rich.

No, I’m not filthy rich. I am waiting for the prices at Crosby to go down to my price range 🙂
