I no longer have visibility in some of these defence firms because the folks I know are no longer there. The last I heard was lost contracts and plans to trim the severance packages….Although they didn’t say, I’m guessing that’s some of the folks I know left…to get the previous packages. It definitely is brutal in these sectors.

Private companies have already been employing some of these “cuts” for some time….Forced vacations and vacation caps.
