I think the price is ridiculous because in 95% of the country, you’d be hard pressed to get $275k-$300k for that POS property. I was giving it a credit for being in one of the coastal communities of CA.
If you re-read my post, my estimate of what it was worth was based on the real world…….not Fantasyland. People can over-pay for property all day long and it’s no skin off my back but this kind of insanity is what drove prices up, up and further up to what caused this entire fiasco.
