Define retail?
From dictionary.com:
noun
1. The selling of goods to consumers; usually in small quantities and not for resaleElectronics, vehicles, clothing, jewelery, furnishings, doo-dads and gizmobobbers especially.
JS
Yes, yes. I'm fully aware of the definition. But the retail space is large. To ask "how is retail doing", one could answer "depends on which sector".
Browse CNBC. There's plenty of analysts that have a lot to say about the retails sector.
