I can’t find the thread where we discussed the pros and cons of hiring a realtor, so sorry, I had to start a new thread. I think the realtor discussion was a tangent on a different topic, so it’s buried somewhere. On that note, I have a suggestion.
If a thread starts moving off topic, could you start a new thread? If we do so, it would be so much easier to search for information we want. Now, I am looking for the realtor thread, and I can’t find it. The Search function on piggington is really lousy, so keeping the posts on topic would really help. This suggestion also makes it easier for folks to read just the threads that interest them.
