    Alex_angel: needed us to explain to him what the abbreviation “WSJ” meant just last year (again, Alex, it stands for Wall Street Journal)

    Sorry DWCAP, but Alex has been posting here for over a year now and his position vaciliates from month to month depending on his mood and what is being reported in the MSM at any particular time.

    Trust me, this guy is a complete schizoid. He deserves the venom he got and much more. Don’t try to use reasonable arguments with him anymore because that has been tried time and again to no avail.

    Alex – Your cute example failed to account for the tiny detail of Principal, interest, taxes, insurance and maintenance that you would have paid as an owner. If you would have bought in 2000 you probably would be ahead right now. But, if you bought in 2003 or 2004 you would have been ahead as a renter. Take a math class.
