ParticipantI dont know about cbad, but in MM rents are falling and demand is weak. I think alot of people are downsizing, staying put or moving the hell outa Ca.
I know it is just total random chance, but I have randomly met 3 people/families in the past two weeks that are moving outa Ca. I have a feeling long term tenants are moving back east and it is alittle hard to replace them right now with no one wanting to sign long term contracts.February 10, 2009 at 2:35 PM #344379DWCAP
