He had a permit and did it as described by AN.
Unfortunately, the tax rolls must still show us with a pool – because we constantly get mailings on pool services and supplies. LOL.But I like not having a pool.

January 12, 2011 at 1:38 PM #652389SD RealtorParticipantExcellent posts Diego… Yeah I had not even considered building on it, that is a whole can of worms and I am not sure I would ever do it… Maybe a deck or something but not anything that is bigtime structural.
I like pools alot… as long as they are at someone elses home!
